What data is collected

The quote form collects your name, email, phone number, delivery postcode, and the information you provide about your project (size, dimensions, desired finish, message).

What this data is used for

This information is used solely to review your quote request and contact you about it — never for third-party commercial purposes without your explicit consent.

Third-party provider used for the form

This site's form is processed by FormSubmit, a third-party service that relays requests to our email address (contact@newp.fr). FormSubmit only processes the data for the time it takes to send the message — see FormSubmit's privacy policy.

Retention period

Quote requests are kept for 3 years from your last contact with us — the maximum period recommended by the CNIL (French data protection authority) for commercial prospecting data — then deleted. A different period may apply once a quote turns into a customer relationship, to meet accounting and warranty obligations.
